All scripture testifies of Christ.. and He is the fulfillment thereof. The new testament began when He gave His body (the bread) and His blood (the wine) to His sheep. He has come and manifested Himself in us, and now reigns in us. He conquers every part of us until that part cries out He is Lord. The old creation (Adam nature) is made subject to Christ.. the mind controls the body, and the body serves the mind, and we have the mind of Christ. Our body is a slave to righteousness.
And we have truth in the inward parts, and are renewed day by day. The new creation is the son of God, and He made us sons unto Him.. born not of flesh, or dust, or the will of man but God. We enter into new life by the crown of life (entering thru the veil that the Head ripped from His side). The old creation is a slave, but the new creation is a son, and soon dust will return to dust, and Adam will pass away.. we have the hope of the new earth, which is not of dust, but is the new creation, and we will receive the glorified body.
We have Christ now.. as He has come unto us and manifested Himself in us. We are living in the new testament, and walking it out.. which is by the Spirit, is the fulfillment of the old & physical things.. and the very thing God intended. We have this treasure in earthen vessels, Christ in us, and what eye has not seen, and ear have not heard, and what has not entered into the hearts of man is now being revealed to us.
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.” 1 Cor 2:9,10
Yet where is the victory of the new creation? Christ in us.. we have the victory. We tread over dragons, and lions everyday. Though the waves come high, and boast itself to be mighty in front of us, we are on still waters. The enemy encompasses us, and its mouth seeks to devour us like the bottomless appetite of the grave.. but the Shepherd does not leave us meat for the wolves.
There are two powers at force here.. the kingdom of this earth is powered by fear, and fear is everywhere. In the occult, they must have the presence of fear to work their magic. Satan is the one that makes the kingdoms and nations tremble.. they are run by fear. The power of God is love, and Christ is the perfect love that casts out all fear. Satan will not reign over the new creation, and the presence of Christ casts out satan. Fear will be cast out of us, and love is stronger than fear. We have this victory in Christ.
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18
Christ is the victory, and thru love (which is a heavenly thing and is foreign to the world.. not of the natural man)…. through love and not fear, in Christ alone, we tread on the enemy, and walk on still waters, and no poison will harm us, and the enemy’s weapons will fail. No man can do this, but Christ has the power to do this.
We are not made subject to the elements of the world, not made to be meat in the enemy’s mouth, not made to be in bondage anymore, and death is conquered in us, and its sting is gone. This will be revealed in His children, in His time, and His way.. but we r seeing this come true for us. How sweet is the good news, and that He already won the whole battle at the cross. He has made us victorious…. victorious over food, over family, over sickness, over death, over enemies, over the world..
“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:4,45
Our whole life will reveal Christ… and His victory in us… just like in the stories we read in the bible, our lives are His stories of Himself. He is the author and finisher of our faith. We are His living epistles. We are the overcomers because He has overcome all things for us.
Like the eagle in the picture, we mount up with wings of an eagle thru Christ, and walk over the seas (the spirit of this world), and not pulled under it. The flood rises up after the bride, but He gives us eagle’s wings and we walk in the Spirit.
